Beyond the Office…

Podcasts are my jam. I love listening to self-development topics and teaching our three children about them.

  • I ran the Philadelphia half marathon while pregnant with our first daughter. And the New Orleans marathon was a fun way to see the French Quarter and hear brass bands.

  • Growing up in Ireland, I traveled to other countries from the age of 6. My favorite places in the world are Napa Valley, Italy and Turks & Caicos.

  • I went skydiving in New Zealand even though I had never been on an upside-down roller coaster. Jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet was empowering!

Global Fortune 50 Executive | CFO | Real Estate Investor | Results Driven Inclusive Leader

Nicola Fraser, or Nikki as many call her, co-founded NextKey Services in 2018 with her husband, Dan. As a global finance executive, she has nearly 25 years of leadership experience at Fortune 50 corporations including JPMorgan Chase, Fannie Mae, Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. During her career, Nikki has led with emotional intelligence (EQ) and a warmth that resonates deeply with colleagues, clients, investors and stakeholders. She is a trusted advisor in disciplines including: finance and accounting, strategic planning, risk management, audit, capital management and corporate governance.

Nikki has also guided major transformations during challenging times – including leading finance and risk management at Fannie Mae during and after the 2008 global financial crisis. She also led the company’s adoption of accounting standards that went on to transform the housing finance industry. In her most recent role as an executive director of corporate finance at JPMorgan Chase, Nikki directed capital scenario planning, analysis and risk management initiatives for the regulatory capital management office. Here, she led the development of a capital plan that was accepted by the Federal Reserve and resulted in a 12% increase to quarterly dividend payouts to shareholders.

Beyond the books, Nikki believes in exploring life with a positive mindset and flipping your perspective to appreciate an experience from a better angle. She is committed to giving back and mentors female entrepreneurs in the Street Sisters program created by Million Dollar Women. And her passion for affordable housing has inspired her to build a residential real estate investment portfolio along with her husband, Dan. Nikki is a Certified Public Accountant.
