Madelyn is a dedicated Staff Accountant with a strong foundation in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client support. With hands-on experience serving U.S.-based clients, she brings accuracy, organization, and a detail-oriented mindset to every engagement.
Throughout her career, Madelyn has managed journal entries, month-end closings, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and accounts payable and receivable functions . She prepares and reviews key financial statements including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring clarity and compliance in both daily operations and audit preparation.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Drake Accounting, SAP, Bill.com, and other financial tools, Madelyn supports efficient reporting workflows while maintaining strong communication with clients to resolve discrepancies and keep financial records accurate and up to date . Known for her reliability and focus, she plays a key role in keeping accounting processes organized and running smoothly.
