She is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast who enjoys cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring new places through travel bringing the same curiosity and energy to life outside of work as she does to operations leadership.

Kelley Pendergast is a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of experience building
scalable systems, leading high-performing teams, and translating strategy into execution across service-based and growth-focused organizations. At NextKey Services, Kelley oversees core operational functions, ensuring workflows are streamlined, teams are aligned, and the business operates with clarity, efficiency, and momentum.
Prior to joining NextKey Services, Kelley owned and operated a plumbing franchise, where she
led all aspects of the business including operations, financial oversight, hiring, and customer
experience. Her leadership drove meaningful cost reductions, operational improvements, and
sustained growth. She has also held senior operations and project management roles across
multiple industries, blending hands-on leadership with a strong, systems-driven mindset.
Kelley is deeply passionate about creating structure that empowers people. Known for her
thoughtful, process-oriented approach, she excels at building operational frameworks that help teams work smarter, scale confidently, and execute with accountability. Whether optimizing internal systems or guiding teams through change, Kelley brings both rigor and empathy to every challenge.
