Dan Fraser co-founded NextKey Services in 2018 with his wife, Nikki. As a transformational leader who inspires everyone toward a shared vision, Dan brings nearly 25 years of global business experience to NextKey Services. He specializes in growth and acquisitions across industries, with significant experience in telecommunications, power generation and distribution, and professional services.

In business and life, Dan fosters authentic relationships and is passionate about lifting up clients and colleagues so they can reach their full potential. He has guided more than 30 mergers and acquisitions – up to $2 billion in size – from sourcing all the way through integration. Dan is also known for bringing together and motivating teams during these times of significant change. And for his keen ability to identify and break down complex problems into simplified, workable solutions. More recently, Dan’s love of Web 3.0 and blockchain technology has seen him guide companies venturing into this emerging space.

A citizen of the world, Dan grew up in South Africa and began his career at Deloitte & Touche in New Zealand. Upon moving to the United States, he assumed leadership roles at public and multinational companies including Sprint Nextel and Booz Allen Hamilton. Dan was most recently senior vice president of finance, principal accounting officer and global controller at GTT Communications. Here, he led a global team of more than 250 finance professionals and built great relationships with debt and equity stakeholders.

Dan is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified chartered accountant in Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
